I am deeply passionate about counselling and narrative therapy. I have extensive experience in supporting people, whānau, and communities across schools, private practice, and charitable organisations. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive-always working alongside you to navigate challenges and build resilience. I’m a self-professed geek, lifelong learner, and someone who finds joy in travelling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and making the world a little brighter, one conversation at a time.
